Mystic Mountain Mushrooms

"Consciously cultivated in the heart of the Rocky Mountains", these mushrooms bring delicious flavors to any meal. Grown in Grand Lake, Colorado, you can find their products at any Tony's Meat Market! They offer a large variety of mushrooms for both culinary and medicinal purposes.
Fitch Ranch Beef

The Fitch Family raises high quality black angus in the high mountains of Grand County, Colorado. They earned Chef Mackenzie's business by providing a deliciously marbled, and respectfully raised animal. They hand select each animal after they complete their course in their "regenerative agricultural" program.
Jumpin Good Goat Dairy

In the great Rocky Mountains you'll find beautiful Buena Vista, Colorado, where Jumpin Good Goat Dairy creates deliciously artisan hand crafted cheeses. Like many purveyors chef enjoys working with, they are heavily focused on sustainable agriculture and humanely raising animals. They offer tours that are educational and have an on site store if you are ever in the area. "First Snow" is chef's personal favorite of their current production.
Mesa Beef

"Family raised, all natural beef" grown in the southern part of Colorado. Mesa Beef grows 100% grass fed angus as well as a wagyu and angus cross. No hormones, antibiotics, GMOS, or steroids, this "pasture born and raised beef" is as high in quality as it is in taste. They offer weekly shipping too, making it very convenient to have for dinner any day of the week!
Bee Squared Apiaries

Located in Berthoud, Colorado, this apiary currently has 125 hives scattered in the foothills. They have many different flavor infused honeys, the whiskey barrel aged is Chef's favorite! Along with honey you'll crave, they make hand rolled bees wax candles, soaps, and containers of bee pollen.
